How do I place an order?
In the shopping section of the store, select the product and quantity and click “Shop now”. Once you have finished selecting the products you would like to purchase, select “Proceed to checkout” and then follow the simple checkout and payment process to finalize the sale.
Which shipping methods are available?
At this moment, we only ship within Europe. Shipments are sent through PostNL. Delivery on orders over €50 is free.
Which payment methods are available?
We use iDeal, Bancontact (debit cards) and PayPal to manage our payment gateway. We unfortunately will only accept payment online at the time of purchase and do not accept cash or cheque.
How long will it take to get my package?
Incoming orders are processed on weekdays within 24 hours and will be shipped within 5 working days. When your order is shipped you will receive a notification and a tracking link. Should you have a question regarding your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
How do I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 14 days return policy. This holds that any purchase made through the website www.balibliss.nl may be returned up to 14 days from receiving the order, without stating a reason. The same holds when the item arrives damaged or with a defect.
If you’d like to return your item, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. During weekdays we’ll respond within 24 hours with further instructions. After receiving and reviewing your return we’ll let you know within 5 working days if we can refund your payment or send you a new item. Both will happen within two weeks after receiving your return. The right to return the product only applies in the case that the product can be returned in the same state as when received, unused and undamaged.
The shipment costs for a return shipment are at the customer’s own expense. When you return your product you will be responsible for the shipment, all related costs and risks related to the return shipment. We advise you to return any item using a tracking code. How do I cancel or change my order?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. If the product has not been processed yet, we will be able to cancel the order and refund your money. If the order has already been or being shipped we can still cancel the order and refund your money but unfortunately will still need to charge you for the logistics cost and return costs.
