A day of 'nesting' was just what I needed. I have felt so unorganised this time around, actually I think I've been avoiding getting things ready as maybe I've not felt ready! This pregnancy has flown by and it's so hard to believe there are potentially only 4 weeks left. But getting this little nursery corner ready today, assembling the crib and rocker and popping all the little muslin cloths in the wash has made it all seem so real. Not long to go now until there is a new little person looking back at me from beside my bed, the countdown is really on ??#34weeks . Friday evening ✨. Finally getting around to the new baby ironing . The one and only time I iron the vests and babygrows really but I just love seeing them all neatly ironed and packed away in baskets and drawers. This weekend I think I'm going to tackle the hospital bag, or at least make a list of what I need to get. This bump is dropping by the day ???. I've only ever had winter babies so I'm very excited to have an August baby, at least one of my kids will get to have a bouncy castle birthday party ?? ?…. although we always thought it was great we got to avoid those ??. This week has been tough, one of the toughest in a long while. I suppose we always put our best foot forward on here, show the nice pictures and the happy days but that's not always the true picture. Thankfully though most things are on the up and I cannot wait to watch some mind numbing TV tonight then hop into this bed and hopefully maybe get a sneaky lie in in the morning ?? #brianifyouarereadingthis!! . I had such a lovely evening with Milo. The other two were away with cousins so we had our tea outside in the playhouse. Then I switched off my phone and left it inside, we played football, went on the swings, walked to the bridge and threw stones into the water, walked to our lovely neighbour and rubbed their horses and foals and then walked down to my lovely friend down the road for a good old chat. We are just back and it was just what the doctor ordered ?.
